Contract between Hal Roach Studios and Oliver Hardy, with the two parties agreeing to the dissolution of a 1929 contract and to the initiation of a new one. Signed at the conclusion by both Hardy and Roach, as well as by the latter's father, Charles H. Roach, who served as the studio's secretary-treasurer for roughly 18 years. In fine condition.
