In part: “Our Trusty and Well-beloved Andrew Percy Bennett, Esquire, Companion of Our Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, who has for some time been accredited to You in the character of Our Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary, having been compelled for reasons of health to surrender that appointment, We have thought fit to notify to You of his Recall.” Signed at the conclusion by King George and countersigned by British Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Lord George Curzon.
