Raymond, in part: "At the request of our mutual friend Mr. Nathaniel Wheeler of this city, I write to say that a little Bill has passed the House permitting the Bridgeport Park to purchase not exceeding five acres adjoining, at appraisal, provided the parties cannot agree." In very good to fine condition, with trimmed edges and overall wrinkling from scrapbook residue to reverse.
