ALS, one page, 5 x 8, Office of the President of the Philippines letterhead, October 20, 1976. Handwritten letter forwarding two coins to a collector, in part: "Pursuant to our tradition as a people I give you two coins, one a one peso coin struck upon the proclamation of martial law in 1972 and the second a twenty five centavo coin struck on my first year of the Presidency in 1966." Both coins are affixed at the bottom of the letter. Affixed to a slightly larger mount and in fine condition. Interesting numismatic content from the president of the Philippines.
