Letter to Samuel Goldwyn, Inc., seeking to amend a contract from November 10, 1937, that originally sent all mail notices to Heifetz’s address in Redding, Connecticut. In part: “Beginning with Tuesday, May 10, 1938, kindly send all notices to me (in addition to the notice to Redding) in care of Henry Jaffe, 608 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York. Upon my arrival in California, I will notify you as to my California address and will ask you to substitute that address for the one given above.” In fine condition.
