Ballpoint signature, "Edith Piaf,” on a pink-and-white 3.25 x 1.75 souvenir record sticker from "Le Nouvel Olympia Panoramique…votre Music-Hall!," which is affixed to the back cover of the Edith Piaf live album, Recital 1961. In very good to fine condition, with creasing and staining to the sleeve, not affecting that signature. The record is included.
