Edison, Incorporated," detailing the authorization of "a contract with the New Jersey Zinc Co….for five hundred (500) tons of 'Bertha' Brand Spelter, at 8 cents per lb." Endorsed at the conclusion in pencil by C. H. Wilson, William Henry Meadowcroft, Thomas Edison, and H. F. Miller. In very good condition, with creasing, edge toning, and a stain along the right side.
