Tom Stafford, Apollo X CDR." The chart displays a polar view of the lunar mission profile for Apollo 10, showing the various significant events during the 8-day mission. Lithographed by ACIC 4-69, and prepared under the direction of the Department of Defense by the Aeronautical Chart and Information Center. In fine condition, with central vertical and horizontal folds.
