Brad-bound NASA manual entitled ‘Final, Apollo 13 Flight Plan, AS-508/CSM-109/LM-7,’ dated March 16, 1970, 8 x 10.5, signed inside on page 3-38 in black felt tip, “See as-flown Flight Plan—Sy Liebergot, Apollo 13 EECOM,” who marks a line next to the mission time bar at 55:54 and writes “O2 Tank 2 exploded.” Included in front of that page is a 22-page copy of “Appendix K,” a copy of the revised timeline entitled “Apollo 13, Flight Activities Officer, Post-Flight Report,” signed on the title page in black felt tip, “Apollo 13 As-Flown Flight Plan from the Mission Operations Report, 4/28/70, Sy Liebergot, Apollo 13 EECOM.” On page K-11 of the appendix, at a time of 55:54, the MCC-H column notes “First Indication of System Malfunction.” In fine condition.
The consignor attest that both manuals derive from the personal collection of Sy Liebergot.
