Uncommon 'splashdown' cover, 7.5 x 3.5, with a color cachet honoring the U.S. Navy Atlantic Recovery Force that retrieved the crew of the Gemini 6 mission, postmarked aboard the USS Wasp on December 16, 1965, signed in black ink by Wally Schirra and Tom Stafford. In very good to fine condition, with creasing along the side edges. Accompanied by a vintage NASA booklet for the "Gemini 6 Mission."
