Two award plaques from Al Worden's personal collection: a 9.5 x 7.5 plaque awarded to Worden by the Rotary Club of Anderson, Indiana, on its golden anniversary in 1968, signed in the lower border in black felt tip, "Al Worden, Apollo 15"; and an 11.5 x 8.5 plaque presented to "Captain Al Worden" by Continental Airlines on May 1, 1967, certifying him as a lifetime member of the Presidents Club." In overall very good condition, with scuffing to the Rotary Club plaque (somewhat affecting the signature), and foxing and staining to the Continental Airlines plaque.
