Agreement between Ferber and Samuel Goldwyn Inc. by which she sells the motion picture rights to "a certain literary work entitled 'Nobody's In Town,'" signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Edna Ferber and countersigned by a vice president from the studio. A rider stapled to the first page is initialed by Ferber, "E. F." In fine condition.
