Description

Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 23 x 19, April 6, 1927. President Coolidge appoints Jay C. Huston as "Consul of the United States of America at Canton, China." Signed at the conclusion in ink by President Coolidge and countersigned by Secretary of State Frank B. Kellogg. The embossed paper seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. Tightly rolled and in fine condition, with minor edgewear.
