Walsh, in part: "Thank you for writing me and for the information that you give, which I have read with much interest. I shall be glad to see the committee of the Trans-Mississippi Congress when I am in Washington in December. I suggest that they call on me on the 10th." In very good to fine condition, with some light staining and overall haloing to ink. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope.
