Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15.25 x 9, December 1, 1830. President Jackson grants Elam Haskett of Guernsey County, Ohio, a parcel in "the District of land offered for sale at Zanesville, Ohio, containing Seventy four acres and thirty nine hundredths of an acre." Signed at the conclusion by Andrew Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. The original seal to lower left is missing. Matted and framed to an overall size of 20.25 x 14.25. In very good to fine condition, with a tear to the center and another tear directly under Jackson's signature.
