Vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo of the showbiz husband-and-wife, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "To Joy, cordially and sincerely, Mark Hellinger” and "Gladys Glad." Reverse bears a Herbert Mitchell credit stamp. In very good to fine condition, with several spots and irregularities to emulsion. Hellinger (1903-1947) was a theatre columnist and film producer celebrated for his films with Humphrey Bogart and Raoul Walsh. Glad (1907-1983) performed with the Ziegfeld Follies and wrote a beauty advice column for the New York Daily News.
