Magnificent painting by artist Stephen Wiggin of a work by NASA artist Atilla Hejja entitled ‘Cape Winds,’ accomplished in acrylic on stretched canvas, 36 x 24, depicting a Space Shuttle being brought to the Kennedy Space Center Launch Complex 39 by the crawler-transporter. Signed in the lower right corner in gray paint, “Stephen Wiggin, From a Painting by Atilla Hejja.” The painting is also signed in black felt tip by Bjarni Tryggvason, a Payload Specialist on Space Shuttle mission STS-85. In fine condition, with some trivial scuffs mainly to frame edges.
