Scarce and super desirable personal check, 6 x 2.75, neatly filled out and signed by Lee, "Bruce Lee," payable to York Barbell for $22.15, March 27, 1967. In fine condition. Bruce Lee's famous isometric workout regimen was based on one developed by Olympic weightlifter Bob Hoffman, owner of York Barbell, and included training on the York isometric power rack. His hybrid Jeet Kune Do martial arts required a unique combination of power and agility, and his workouts with York products were tailored to provide both. An absolutely outstanding check representing Lee's dedication in the weight room.
