Original artwork beautifully portraying Ed White's historic Gemini 4 spacewalk-the first ever made by an American astronaut-by noted space artist Chris Calle, accomplished in mixed media on white 20 x 14.5 illustration board, signed and titled in the lower border, "Space Achievements, Chris Calle." Reverse bears a Unicover property tag and affixed label identifying the work: " 'Space Achievements Presentation Card-Painting #1 for use with Seven Stamps,' Artist: Chris Calle, Date: April 24, 2000." In fine condition.
