Vellum manuscript DS, in French, signed “Philippe d'Orleans,” one page, 14.5 x 10.75, February 16, 1713. Untranslated document signed at the conclusion by Philippe II, Duke of Orléans. In very good to fine condition, with a central band of toning, two vertical folds, and some light soiling.
