CD Booklet for Back to Black, the second and final studio album from Amy Winehouse, who has signed and inscribed on the back cover in black felt tip, "Henrik, all [heart], Amy, x, PS sorry?FUCKED." In fine condition, with light handling wear. The record is included. The consignor notes that the autograph was obtained in November 2007 by makeup artist Dorita Nissen, who collected the signature for a friend in Denmark. This was Winehouse's multi-Grammy winning album that catapulted her to international stardom.
