McCarthy of Albany, in part: "That is a mighty nice letter of yours and I don't need to tell you how happy I am that you and yours are here in Albany and that everything is straightening out so well. This coming year I do hope to see more of you. A Very Happy New Year to all the McCarthys from all the Roosevelts." In fine condition, with scattered light staining.
