Partly-printed DS, one page, 11.5 x 7.5, October 6, 1874. Stock certificate issued to the Pennsylvania Rail Road Co. for 1000 shares of the Pennsylvania Company, signed at the conclusion by Scott as the company's president. In fine condition.
