Partly-printed DS, signed “Wm. Rockefeller V. Prest.,” one page, 8.5 x 7, October 14, 1880. Document by which Rockefeller transfers "unto the Provident Institution for Savings in the town of Boston, $100,000 Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific RR Co. b's." Signed at the conclusion by Rockefeller. In fine condition, with light edge toning, and staple holes to the upper left corner.
