McCoy thinks that he & Houston can get the money, he introduced me to a friend…who he says is worth 2,000,000. I am to have lunch with him at the Army & Navy Club in Worthington tomorrow & expect to see Egeroff & the F. H. A. people on Deutch plans in the morning. Tell John I have not been able to get in touch with the Architect Deutch." In fine condition.
