Preferred stock certificate issued to Drexel, Morgan & Co. for 100 shares of the Northern Pacific Railroad Company. Signed and approved for transfer on the reverse in fountain pen by J. Pierpont Morgan. This engraved document was printed by the National Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a train by telegraph lines in the countryside and a lower vignette of former company president Fredrick H. Billings. In fine condition.
