In very good to fine condition, with a light vertical bend, moderate creasing to the bottom border area, and some bleeding to ink in Selway's signature. Accompanied by two 1995 letters from the Radiohead information officer: the first says that Radiohead can't send autographs as they "are due to leave the country in a day or so," recommending that the collector try again later in the year; the second says, "Your persistance (spelling?) has paid off." Also includes the fan club newsletter "w.a.s.t.e. #9" and a merchandise mail-order form.
