Queen regnant of Spain (born 1830) from 1836 to 1868. Scarce 6.5 x 8.75 mounted albumen photo of Queen Isabella by Edgardo Debás of Madrid, signed and inscribed in ink, "A Madame Emma Nevada, (incomparable Amina) Isabelle de Bourbon, Madrid, 12 Decembre 1888.” Nevada (1859-1940) was a prominent American opera singer. In very good condition, with trimming as noted, overall soiling, and an old repair on the back to a broken lower right corner.
