Vintage glossy 7.75 x 9.75 studio photo of Mazurki wearing a handsome suit, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, “To—Arthur Newman, Thanks for looking after me while in London, Good luck—Mike Mazurki, Hollywood, Calif., 1949.” Reverse bears an Arthur Evans photograph stamp and a 20th Century-Fox Production stamp for the film Night and the City, which starred Mazurki as a wrestler nicknamed ‘The Strangler.’ In very good to fine condition, with light corner creasing, and a short tear to the upper left corner.
