Circa 1973 ballpoint signatures of Elton John and his band—Davy Johnstone, Dee Murray, and Nigel Olsson—on an off-white sheet of Heavy Steam Machine stationery marked in the upper left, “5th March 1973,” the date that John and his group performed at the Heavy Steam Machine in Hanley, Stoke On Trent, England, and when these autographs were obtained. In fine condition, with a light stain to the right blank area. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks, and by a UK first vinyl pressing of John’s 1973 album Don’t Shoot Me I’m Only The Piano Player, which includes the record.
