Handwritten letter to Mr. Giddy, in full: "Thank you very much and for your interest in my music. At the present time you probably understand that for me composing is very difficult and I can't commit myself to anything definite. I have a back-log of requests, and all I can say is I will add yours and let the subconscious work on the idea. It was kind of you to send a message from you to send a message from you and Mrs. Giddy, which says words of encouragement and appreciation of 'the heavy emptiness of it all.'" In very good to fine condition, with light creasing and two file holes.
