Packet of four training-used Apollo 13 post-landing checklist pages used in a 'boilerplate' CM during water egress training exercises, 6 x 9, signed on the first page in black ballpoint, "Used by the crew in training, Fred Haise, Apollo 13 LMP." On the reverse of the last page is a handwritten note from a NASA employee to his dad, dated February 13, 1970, in part: "This is the checklist the crews use for earth re-entry and postlanding procedures. Of course we train them in postlanding procedures only. In fact the Apollo 13 crew used this one & I just yanked it out of the spacecraft." In very good condition, with overall staining from use.
