TLS signed “W. McKinley,” one page, 8 x 10.5, State of Ohio Executive Department letterhead, January 6, 1896. Letter to Robert Harlan in Cincinnati, in part: "Your recent favor with enclosures has been received. I have read them with much interest, and thank you for your kindness." In very good to fine condition, with an old mounting strip along the back of the left edge, light soiling and toning, and a stain to the letterhead.
