David Samples in New York, in full: "I was highly pleased to have your letter of November 24th, which I read with interest and satisfaction." Subsequently signed in black felt tip by two of Truman's successors, "Richard Nixon" and "Gerald R. Ford." Double-matted and framed to an overall size of 14.75 x 14.25. In fine condition.
