Peters, in part: "I do not often answer letters asking for autographs; but I cannot refuse so slight a request." Annotated along the bottom in another hand. Matted and framed with an engraved portrait (bearing a facsimile signature) to an overall size of 16.25 x 14.25. In very good to fine condition, with some slightly irregular light toning.
