In part: "Your very interesting letter concerning the Isthmus of Panama may prove to be very valuable. There is no occasion at present for the use of the information it contains. Yet it has been placed where it can be easily referred to whenever its subject shall come up for consideration." In very good to fine condition, with some light creasing and a chip to the bottom edge. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
