In part: "For the services of Phil Spector, which have been rendered in the production of recordings of The Checkmates, Ltd., the A&M will pay him an advance of $20,000 per album, and $7,500 per 'single' record released…Phil Spector shall receive credit on all labels, liners, covers and advertising…A&M will give to Phil Spector as of January 1, 1970, the ownership of all masters produced by Phil Spector of The Ronettes for A&M." Signed at the conclusion in felt tip by Phil Spector and Jerry Moss. In fine condition, with light creasing and handling wear.
