The cel is placed on a Warner Bros. litho background. Images measure 6.75 x 7.25 (Batman) and 3 x 7 (Riddler), with a mat opening of 12 x 10. Framed to an overall size of 19.25 x 17.25. The piece has the Warner Bros. seal to the lower left corner. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Warner Bros. The cel was not issued as a signed edition, making this a rare and unique example.
