Al Worden's flown American flag carried on the Apollo 15 Command Module 'Endeavour,' 6.25 x 4, signed and flight-certified in black felt tip, "Flown to the Moon on Apollo 15, Al Worden, CMP." In fine condition. Accompanied by a detailed letter of provenance signed by Worden, in part: "I hereby certify that the United States flag included with this letter and marked with my signature and flight number went to the moon aboard Apollo 15 in the spacecraft 'Endeavour.' It remained in the command module during the lunar orbit phase of the flight. It has been in my personal possession since then."
