Letter asking "whether you might be interested in showing my collection at the Museum of Modern Art," noting "the acquisition of a fine Degas, the celebrated Tower Bridge by Kokoschka, an early Matisse and Rouault, the fine Grand Nu by Modigliani, the Chagall…also a very large Maillol…a couple of fine Pascins, a Kisling, etc. The collection has only been at the L.A. museum twice, and has not been exhibited elsewhere." In very good to fine condition, with creasing and edge tears.
