Williams at the American Consul in Paramaribo, Suriname, in full: "Thank you very much for all you, and the people associated with you in the American Consulate in Paramaribo, did to make my party and me comfortable and our stay enjoyable during our stopover at the Zanderij Airport the other day. I know I am joined by the Secretary of State and all who were travelling with me in deep appreciation of the courtesies that were extended to us by you, by the Governor General, and by the high officials of the Surinam government who did us the honor of coming out to greet us." In fine condition. Accompanied by the White House mailing envelope.
