Two items signed by the officer who apprehended Lee Harvey Oswald: a twice-signed typescript entitled "The Arrest and Capture of Lee Harvey Oswald by Officer Maurice 'Nick' McDonald, 11/22/63," two pages, 8.5 x 11, signed and inscribed at the top of the first page, "To Roy Hansel, Best Wishes, Officer M. Maurice 'Nick' McDonald," and at the bottom of the second, "Officer Maurice 'Nick' McDonald," describing in vivid detail his capture of the assassin inside the Texas Theatre; and a photocopy of the arrest report, one page, 8.5 x 11, signed at the bottom in black felt tip, "M. N. McDonald 1178." In fine condition.
