DS, signed “George S. Patton, Jr.,” one page, 8 x 3.25, May 5, 1914. Document issued from Fort Riley, Kansas, in part: "Received of First Lieutenant Frank Keller, 6th Cavalry, Four hundred and thirty-three dollars and Eight-two cents ($433.82) Ration Savings and Four hundred and one dollars and Seventy-two cents ($401.72) Other Funds?Detachment fund, School for Farriers and Horseshoers, Mounted Service School." Affixed to the reverse of a ledger page for the "Detachment Fund, School for Farriers and Horseshoers," filled out in another hand. In very good to fine condition, with light creasing and soiling.
