A contract between Don King Productions and Ron Lyle, in which the latter agrees to "engage in a boxing contest with Larry Holmes, for 12 rounds to a decision…sometime in Jan. or Feb. 1978 predicated on television" for a sum of $220,000 and training expenses of $30,000. Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by both King and Lyle. In fine condition.
