DS, eight pages, 8.5 x 13, September 4, 1975. Agreement between Crosby/Nash and David Geffen/Elliott Roberts, by which they agree to a mutual release of obligations. The document references their contract with Atlantic Records and a series of complicated royalty/earnings arrangements. Signed at the twice conclusion by both David Crosby and Graham Nash, and signed once by David Geffen and Elliott Roberts. In very good to fine condition, with staining to the top of the first page, toning to the edge of the last page, and light blurring to Geffen's signature.
