Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15 x 9.5, February 1, 1813. President Madison grants James Foreacre a parcel of land at Zanesville, Ohio. Signed at the conclusion in ink by President Madison and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Edward Tiffin. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. In fine condition, with some light soiling and toning, and the signature a couple of shades light.
