Agreement by which Walter Wanger hires Mack Sennett, in part: "We hereby employ you to render your exclusive services to us as a writer, to write, compose, and prepare…the treatment for a motion picture photoplay to be adapted from, and based upon, the play entitled 'The Illusionist' by Sacha Guitry." Crisply signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by both Wanger and Sennett. In very good to fine condition, with light creasing, faint staining to the top edges, last page detached, and an area of paper loss to the left edge of the final page. A scarce and desirable combination of filmmaking pioneers.
