Kennedy grants DeWitt Henry Lyman "a full and unconditional pardon and designated, directed and empowered the Attorney General as his representative to sign this grant of Executive Clemency." Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Robert F. Kennedy. The red Justice Department seal remains affixed to the lower right. In fine condition, with a light crease to the upper left.
