In part: "It is hereby mutually agreed that inasmuch as we have entered into a new and different agreement of employment with respect to your services to be rendered in connection with our motion picture now entitled 'Build My Gallows High,' your services and compensation under the terms of the agreement of employment dated January 14, 1946 are hereby suspended for the time during which your services are rendered to us under the terms of the new agreement dated January 28, 1946 in connection with 'Build My Gallows High.' You agree to present yourself to us ready to render your services in connection with 'The Glass Heart' under the terms of the aforesaid agreement…following the completion of all your services." In fine condition, with some corner creasing.
