TLS, one page, 7.75 x 9.5, Oyster Bay letterhead, October 11, 1915. Letter to G. B. Daniels of the Oakland Enquirer, in full: "I want to thank you for both your letters. It is fine to have a man like you editing such a paper. What a splendid fellow Governor Johnson is!" In very good to fine condition, with intersecting folds, light creasing, a faint stain, and pin holes to the upper left corner. Accompanied by retained carbon copies of two of Daniels's replies.
